Big fangs for your sims. :D Two varieties, one that angles in toward the mouth and one that angles away.

01 = angles outward (prev. on Sulley, bottom left)
02 = angles inward (prev. on Mavis, top left)

x toddler-elder, both genders
x disabled for random, enabled for all supernaturals
x will take their texture from whatever teeth you have equipped
x these are categorized as a head accessory and will show up with your earrings and things

These work best on sims with an underbite, on toddlers in particular you will have to crank their jaw out a lot for the teeth to show with their mouth closed.
